INTRODUCTION :Virat Kohli an Indian International cricketer was born on 5th November 1988 in New Delhi into a Punjabi family. This is how his cricketing career started in 2006 a 18th year old boy playing for Delhi 4th first class match was supposed to be a normal day in the batting pitch with his talent to give his best he was returning to his home from Ferozakotla Stadium .He had a great enthused towards in the match where Karnataka team made 400 plus run and whereas Delhi in the 2nd day of the match score 103/5 was in difficult situation ,Virat was still there playing with 40 runs . In the last few match he wasn’t in form but in this match he was set for big match and was he trying hard to save the team even he was thinking of to have a strong position in the team. But in this on-going match a great tragedy happened Virat lost his father. Here a 18th year boy had only two option, one is to continue his match or to stay at home with his family in this painful moment .Out of confusion early in the morning around 6am Virat call his coach Raj kumar sharma and told everything then his coach asked what you want Virat told that he wanted to play the match for his father. In this match out all tragedy he scored 90 runs but because of umpire fault decision he was given out, at the end of match everyone appreciated him . After the match he directly went to his father funeral.

India Under 19 In 2008 Virat was selected for one series for his excellent performance on shot pitch batting style. In march 2008, a 19 year old Kohli captained batting at 3 he scored 235 runs in 6 matches at an average of 47 and his team of youngsters reached the pinnacle of world cricket as India lifted the under 19 world cup.

included in the ODI squad for Sri Lanka tour and Champion Trophy in Pakistan.
Here in the very fast match with Sri Lanka the openers batsman Sachin Tendulkar
and Virendra Sehwag got injured.So here the King Kohli got his first
international debut but poorly he able to scored only 12 runs .Then he got the
second chance in the fourth match where he scored his first ODI half century 54
runs.
But after a long gap he got another chance to play because of Yuvraj Singh
injury in a South Africa Champion Trophy, here only after one practice match he
selected play against Pakistan where he scored only 20 runs and India lost the
match. After losing the match Virat was in depressed because didn’t get chance to
play for one year and he asked to directly against Pakistan after such long
gap. But later in the other match with he scored 18 runs against West Indies .
Along with that he was also doing great IPL matches where he was selected as a captain of team Royal Challenger Bangalore. More than that he was focusing for
playing in the upcoming 2011 world cup for this he was really working hard to
get secure position in the team and under the captainship of Dhoni India for
the 2nd time lifted up the world cup and till date 2022 he his playing in great form for the country.
